Waldon Design Build LLC was created to simplify the construction process in a way that is easiest for the customer. Our focus is in construction management and general contracting. Some design services we will handle directly though when needed we will include one of our licensed industry design or engineering partners. When not using a design-build, projects typically begin with clients shopping architects to come up with plans that are bid out to builders. This process is costly, slow and a headache. In a design-build we simplify this process and walk you through the entire scope with an industry expert from the beginning to end. You only work with us as we deal with all the needed tasks from design to concrete, framing, electrical, inspections and all the subcontractors in-between. The ultimate goal always being to simplify the process to you and ensure the highest quality.
